Black Omega was born in Bwiza, one of the city of Bujumbura, the capital of Burundi in Central Africa. Grown between Bwiza, Ngagara and Gasenyi (in Kamenge). Then later in the province of Gitega, the second capital of Burundi. Parents and grandparents of Rwandan origin, who fled to Burundi in the 50's. Educated and mentored by his father's family. Especially by his paternal aunt who occupied a large part (artistic).
Arrived in the Netherlands around 1998.Tireless artist painter and musician. Lover of peace and ambassador of his african culture around the world. Composer and arranger of his own lyrics and melodies. His repertoire is written in English, French, Swahili, Kirundi and Kinyarwanda.
