Three Houses Down are a show stopping tight 11 piece roots reggae band from New Zealand with radio friendly harmonies and home laden sound. Equally versed in styles of disco, pop to old school jams, they are at home with their Pacific roots reggae sound. Each band member is filled with talent, gifted in vocals, musical instruments, musical composition and performance. When they entertain, they inspire others to use their gifts and talents to the best of their ability.

For the past few years, the band has performed all over New Zealand with shows in major college campuses to the country's top festivals llike Pasifika, Grey Lynn Festival and Waitangi Day. With the release of their debut album Dreadtown they are poised to share their music with global audiences.

Dreadtown fuses the band's superb vocal harmonies, horns and driving rhythm to create their own sound on a thematically diverse album, which includes songs about love, social justice, dread contemplation and culture, just check out the opening track Dandyman. It'll get you groovin!
Three Houses Down was recently awarded the 2008 Best Pacific Music Artist People's Choice Award.
